DORS is not a completely free service. The perks and Free usage limits available to you depend on your Free, Trial, or Paid status.
Free allows up to 8 messages per day (text and voice combined). Web/Stripe prices and currency are localized by language and region, and subscriptions auto-renew.

First, check your current subscription status. Trial and Paid are names for subscription statuses used in this comparison. Trial is not a separate paid plan but a 7-day free trial state, and Paid is a state of using a paid subscription (DORS Unlimited) from the price table.

For users viewing DORS in English, Web subscriptions are displayed in US dollars (USD). DORS localizes currency by language and region: Japanese and Traditional Chinese use JPY, Simplified Chinese uses CNY, and English and other supported languages use USD. These are not App Store or Google Play prices.

Things to check before purchasing
- 01. Web/Stripe currency is localized by language and region. Confirm the final currency, amount, and purchase conditions at checkout. For app prices, check the App Store or Google Play display.
- 02. Subscriptions auto-renew. Web/Stripe can be cancelled from Profile → "Manage" → Stripe Customer Portal.
- 03. App cancellations are made in the App Store or Google Play subscription management screen where you purchased. Check each screen's latest display for the cancellation effective date and post-cancellation availability.
- 04. Automatic refunds are not supported. If you want to discuss a refund, contact [email protected]. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund.

Can Free users use the speaking assessment and learning plans?
On Free, you can check speaking assessment results, but you cannot generate new personalized learning plans or daily plans. Creating personalized learning plans and generating daily plans is available on Trial or Paid.
What limits does Free have on Scenario Learning?

How many Pronunciation Assessments can Free users do?

How many Notes can Free users save?

Under current published Member Perks rules, no individual Free usage limits are set for these features.
